Helix Artificial Intelligence & Medical Academy (Helix AIM) is a new charter school coming to St. Landry Parish in 2025 for students in kindergarten through 5th grade.<\/p>\n

Our goal for Helix AIM is to provide cutting-edge education to the students of St. Landry Parish that aligns with the future of the workforce which sets our community and children up for success. We are educating and making an impact on the future leaders of our community in St. Landry.<\/p>\n

    To help lead growth and expansion into the St. Landry Parish community, Helix is pleased to announce that veteran educator, Jennifer Gordon, has been hired as the Executive Director for Growth and Opportunities for Helix Community Schools. Mrs. Gordon will serve as the founding principal of Helix Al & Medical Academy and lead the launch of the school. She will be responsible for the selection of new school leaders and teachers. Over the course of her 20+ year career, Mrs. Gordon previously served as a teacher, interventionist, Dean of Special Education, and the principal of a K-8 school in Lafayette Parish.
